By subscribing to our services, you agree to utilize our tools in accordance with our guidelines and respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of all parties involved.

We note our tool currently has limits on each of our features available to all users. These restrictions relate to the number of characters and number of cells that may be used in each individual instance where My Excel Assistant is used - these are outlined below:

Quick Response - Up to 125 characters allowed

Analyze Data - Up to 125 characters & 150 cells allowed

Create Formula - Up to 125 characters & 250 cells allowed

Visualize Data - Up to 125 characters & 300 cells allowed

Combine Data - Up to 125 characters & 50 cells allowed in each range

Modify Data - Up to 125 characters & 100 cells allowed

2 – User Account and Verification

To access the full suite of features offered by My Excel Assistant, users are required to create an account. Creating an account is a straightforward process that involves providing some basic personal information to ensure a personalized and secure experience. When signing up, please be prepared to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, password, and physical address. This information helps us tailor our service to your needs and enhances account security. After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email from us containing a verification link. It's essential that you click on this link to verify the email address you've provided. This step is crucial for activating your account and maintaining the security of your personal information. By completing the account creation and verification process, you take the first step towards unlocking the full potential of our services, designed to optimize your productivity and creative endeavors.

Please be aware that My Excel Assistant is committed to complying with online safety and privacy standards. Consequently, our services are not designed for individuals under the age of 13. Users aged 13 to 17 must obtain parental consent prior to creating an account. 3 – Subscription Terms & Billing

Our service offers three distinct subscription plans, each varying only by the duration of access (and their corresponding prices): 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month options. The price of each subscription reflects the selected usage period, with payment required upfront through Stripe Checkout. For your security and privacy, we do not store any payment details on our servers; all payment information is securely handled and stored by Stripe, ensuring your financial data remains confidential and inaccessible to us.

Upon subscribing, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your chosen period, and the payment method you initially used will be charged again for the same subscription term unless you update your payment details in your account settings. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Should you decide to cancel, you will retain access to our services until the end of your current subscription period. Given this policy, refunds are generally not provided. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your situation.

You also have the option to modify your subscription plan at any time. If you choose to switch to a different plan, please note that the change will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will not be billed for your new plan until your current plan concludes, ensuring a seamless transition between services.

4 – Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

By using our services, you agree to the responsible and ethical use of AI capabilities, ensuring that all interactions comply with applicable laws and respect the intellectual and privacy rights of individuals and entities. By using My Excel Assistant, you acknowledge and agree that Epsota Pty Ltd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Epsota Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the tool; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the tool; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) results of the tool, or any errors in the AI-generated content; or (vi) any other matter relating to the tool.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the My Excel Assistant is at your sole risk and that the tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the performance or results you may obtain by using the tool. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the content generated through the use of My Excel Assistant, and are advised to review all AI-generated content critically.
